New battery and alternator rebuilt thanksgiving. Tires are in almost new shape but they have a small vibration at fifty five. there are two spares in the trunk. It has recent Monroe gas charged struts and shocks. The car handles great. the sunroof works as it should both directions and flips up for the ´moon roof´. it has a new CD player (with remote) with new speakers. We purchased a 525i to replace this one for my son to go off to school. My wife says this one needs to go. The bad is fuel sending unit needs to be replaced. The odometer quit working (211000 miles. typical for these cars) so the exact mileage is unknown. The passenger window does not function (i have not diagnosed(switch or regulator)). The AC has not been hooked up since I have owned the car. It does not have a belt on it so I do not know the extent of the repair (expect the worst and hope for the best). Interior is tired but has seat covers and the dash has a couple of cracks, needs the hood emblem. Has hail damage from last stormTHANKS. My future brother-in-law owned this truck before I did and drove over 40 miles to work in Decatur and then I had school in Decatur and also drove that far. Truck had new straight pipes with catalytic converter still on right before I bought it which sound really good. It is in excellent condition inside and out. Has step bars, Line-X spray bedliner, factory in-dash 6 disc CD player, factory back-up parking sensors, power windows locks mirrors and driver seat, and factory power sliding sunroof. Also just installed in the past month is the winch mount brush guard and off-road lights. If you do not want the guard, I can take $500 off the price. No problems at all, always maintained on time. The 4wd works fine, low and high. The truck has a leveling kit and looks really good with the 265/70R17 Fierce Attitude tires that are on it that wear and ride great! Never off-roaded. Details: This is a great example of on of the classic Land Cruisers! It only has 150,XXX miles! They are hard to find with low miles but will run forever. This FJ62 comes with newish 33´ tires and a medium OME lift kit with shocks and steering stabilizer. Th interior and headliner are in nice shape for the age. The 4WD works perfectly in HI and LO as it does in all of these Cruisers. It never has any trouble starting up and always runs cool. The few issues with the truck are: faded paint on the roof (even though it is really too tall to see with the lift), the dash pad has a crack in it, the oil gauge is dead (I have hooked up a mechanical gauge and it has normal oil pressure) the windshield has a crack and a few chips but they are not too bad and have not gotten worse (the windshield passed inspection at the DMV) and the only spot of rust is on the hood, there is NO RUST any where else. I would guess that the frame was sprayed or painted with something at some point because it has a black coating on it and no rust. All the speakers are aftermarket and there is a head unit in it with an iPod hook up. It will probably need a new antenna in the future but the motor works, the mast is just bent. The drivers seat has the typical tear and hole in it that are common with all of these trucks. I am asking $8500 but I am open to offers.Let me know if you have any other questions or want any other specific pictures.
